BELLINI OPERA BIANCA E FERNANDO IN ST. MORITZ AND BASEL
This summer Peter George d’Angelino Tap directs and designs the Bellini opera Bianca e Fernando in Switzerland.
This romantic opera is rarely, if ever, performed today. Peter George designs the backdrops, the costumes and directs the opera, performed by the musicians of the Opera St. Moritz and guests. It has the typical bel canto flow that inspired Peter George. The plot contains an usurper, an enstranged brother and sister (Bianca e Fernando) who eventually chase away the usurper.
